3. Products and Prices
All products offered on yogimalas.eu are described as accurately as possible. Minor differences in colour or appearance may occur due to screen settings.
Prices are stated in the currency shown on the website and include all applicable taxes (VAT-exempt).
Shipping costs are displayed separately during the ordering process.
4. Ordering Process and Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products on the website does not constitute a binding offer.
By clicking the “Order” / “Buy now” button, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the selected products.
The contract is concluded when the seller confirms the order by e-mail.
5. Payment
Accepted payment methods are those displayed during the checkout process.
Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract unless otherwise agreed.
6. Delivery
Delivery times are indicated on the product pages or during checkout.
Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer upon delivery (or upon handover to the carrier if the customer has chosen the carrier).
7. Right of Withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period)
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period begins on the day the customer (or a third party indicated by the customer) receives the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform the seller by a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail) of the decision to withdraw.
The customer may use the model withdrawal form available on the website, but it is not mandatory.
Effects of withdrawal
If the customer withdraws from the contract, the seller will reimburse all payments received, including the costs of standard delivery (except for any additional costs resulting from the customer’s choice of a more expensive delivery method), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which the seller is informed of the decision to withdraw.
The seller may withhold reimbursement until the goods have been received back or until the customer has supplied evidence of having sent them back.
Return shipping costs
The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
Gifts and free items
If the package contained free gifts or promotional items and the customer decides to keep them, the value of these gifts will be deducted from the refund amount. The seller will refund the remaining balance.
The customer must return the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which the seller was informed of the withdrawal.
The goods must be returned in their original condition, unused and with all original packaging and labels where possible.
8. Warranty and Complaints
The seller is liable for defects of the goods in accordance with applicable Polish and EU law.
Complaints should be sent by e-mail to Konstantin@yogimalas.eu and should include a description of the defect and, if possible, photos.
9. Liability
The seller’s liability is limited to the extent permitted by mandatory law.
The seller is not liable for indirect or consequential damages unless caused by intent or gross negligence.
10. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Polish law.
For consumers residing in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence remain applicable.
Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Poland, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
12. Final Provisions
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
The seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. The version applicable at the time of the order shall apply to that order.
